The invention relates to a low-scattering carrier for RCS (radar cross section) test, which comprises a carrier body, the carrier body comprises a first surface and a second surface which protrude outwards, the first surface and the second surface are connected to form a hollow cavity, and the hollow cavity is used for accommodating a cylindrical target part; one end of the hollow cavity is a pointed end, the other end of the hollow cavity is an open end, the open end is circular, and the cylindrical target part penetrates through the open end to be installed in the hollow cavity; a horizontal plane is formed at the junction of the first surface and the second surface, the height of the first surface exceeding the horizontal plane is smaller than that of the second surface exceeding the horizontal plane, the curvature radius of the first surface is gradually increased from the tip to the open end, and the curvature radius of the second surface is firstly increased and then decreased from the tip to the open end. The low-scattering carrier can simulate the installation state of the cylindrical target component, and accurate evaluation of the RCS of the cylindrical target component is achieved.
