The invention discloses an auxiliary device for accurate butt joint of a draught fan and a draught fan base. The auxiliary device is used for achieving accurate installation of the whole draught fan on a draught fan installation ship. Comprising a single-column mast type device, a noose jack assembly and a butt joint device. The single-column mast type device is arranged on a fan installation ship and used for adjusting the horizontal displacement and the vertical displacement of a fan. The noose jack assembly is arranged at the butt joint position of the draught fan and the draught fan base and used for auxiliary positioning of the draught fan and the draught fan base. The butt joint device comprises a conical receiver and a positioning bolt; the conical receiver is arranged at the lower end of the fan; the positioning bolt is arranged at the upper end of the fan base; the positioning plug pin is inserted into the conical receiver to achieve accurate butt joint of the draught fan and the draught fan base. The economical efficiency and safety of offshore wind plant development are improved, and the installation period and the equipment debugging period of the offshore wind plant are further shortened.

    本发明公开了一种用于风机与风机基座精准对接的辅助装置,用于实现风机安装船上风机整体的精准安装;包括单柱桅杆式装置、绞索千斤顶组件以及对接装置;所述单柱桅杆式装置设于风机安装船上,用于调整风机的水平位移和垂直位移;所述绞索千斤顶组件设于所述风机和风机基座的对接处,用于所述风机和风机基座的辅助定位;所述对接装置包括锥形接收器和定位插销;所述锥形接收器设于所述风机下端;所述定位插销设于所述风机基座的上端;利用所述定位插销插入所述锥形接收器实现所述风机和所述风机基座的精准对接。提高海上风电场开发的经济性与安全性,进一步缩短海上风电场安装周期与设备调试周期。
