The invention discloses an integral hoisting system of a shield tunneling machine. The integral hoisting system comprises a uniform loading plate, a track beam, a hydraulic jacking tower, a hoisting longitudinal beam, a hoisting cross beam, a hydraulic lifting device, a steel strand bundle and an anchor head, the rail beams are laid on a shield well retaining wall and the ground, the shield tunneling machine is placed between the two parallel rail beams, the uniform loading plates are laid at the bottoms of the rail beams, and the steel plates are arranged in the area between the uniform loading plates. The shield tunneling machine is integrally transferred to the next starting well mouth through the flat car and integrally hoisted and descended into the well again, the technological processes such as assembly and disassembly of the shield tunneling machine and pipeline assembly and disassembly are omitted, compared with shield disassembly and hoisting, the construction period can be directly shortened by 60% or above, in addition, the shield tunneling machine does not have the disassembly and assembly processes, the original good running-in rate is kept, and the construction period is shortened. And the later shield construction efficiency is indirectly improved.

    本发明公开了一种盾构机整体吊装系统,包括均载板、轨道梁、液压顶升塔、吊装纵梁、吊装横梁、液压提升装置、钢绞线束、锚头;轨道梁铺设在盾构井挡土墙以及地面上,且轨道梁的数量为平行设置的两道其之间放置盾构机,轨道梁底部铺设均载板,均载板之间的区域设置钢板,本发明通过采用盾构机整体吊装系统,将盾构机整体吊出,由平板车整体转运至下一次始发的井口,再次进行整体吊装下井,省去了盾构机组装、拆卸、管道安拆等工艺流程,相对于盾构解体吊装,可直接节省工期60%以上,此外,盾构机没有拆卸和组装的过程,保持了原有的良好磨合率,间接提高后期盾构施工效率。
