The invention discloses a shield tunneling machine hoisting construction method under a 220kV high-voltage line, and relates to the technical field of shield tunneling machine hoisting construction. The method comprises the steps of establishing high-voltage line protection measures of physical protection, technical protection and operator protection; arranging a lightning arrester to track and monitor static electricity of a tower crane; installing a crane limiter; testing the bearing capacity of a foundation; erecting a steel support; hardening a site; and arranging a shield tunneling machine hoisting and dismantling construction site, wherein it is guaranteed that hoisting points of all components of a crawler crane hoisting and dismantling shield tunneling main machine are controlled to be within 10 meters, and the parking position of a flat car is also controlled to be within 10 meters. The problem that a shield tunneling machine is lifted out under the 220kV high-voltage line is solved, construction can be conducted without the shield tunneling machine moving transversely for station platform plate construction, and great social and economic benefits are obtained. According to the shield tunneling machine hoisting construction method under the 220kV high-voltage line, the influence of the high-voltage line on the hoisting of the shield tunneling machine is greatly reduced, and the safety of the high-voltage line, the shield tunneling machine and field operators is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种220kV高压线下盾构机吊装施工工法,涉及盾构机吊装施工技术领域。本发明包括建立物防、技防、人防的高压线防护措施;设置避雷装置、跟踪监测塔吊静电;安装起重机限位器;对地基承载力进行试验;架设钢支撑;对场地进行硬化;布置盾构机吊拆施工场地,保证履带吊吊拆盾构主机各构件的吊点控制在10米内,平板车停放位置同样控制在10米范围内。本发明解决了220kV高压线下盾构机吊出的难题,为车站站台板施工不用等盾构机平移后再进行施工,取得了极大的社会及经济效益;本发明极大降低了高压线对盾构机吊装的影响,确保了高压线、盾构机、现场作业人员的安全。
