The wheel flange propelling device is high in integration, simple in structure and convenient to produce, the rotor and the blades are detachable, the propelling device is provided with an O-shaped sealing and labyrinth sealing structure, seawater and foreign matter are prevented from flowing into the propelling device, friction among all parts is reduced, and the structural reliability of the propelling device is ensured.
本发明公开的一种同轴轮缘推进装置,轮缘推进泵与电动机转子同轴布置,同轴的轴套、轮缘叶片泵、轴套内挡环和轴套法兰形成水工质流道,轴套内挡环和轴套法兰将轮缘叶片泵挡在轴套内,轮缘叶片泵由键被电动机转子带动旋转做功;轮缘叶片泵提供的推力由轴套的环形内凸肩传递给轴套,由轴套的环形外凸肩再传递给轴承一的内环体,再传递给轴承一的外环体,再传递给同轴轮缘推进装置的半外壳一和半外壳二,提供机体所需要的推力。本发明的轮缘推进装置集成化高,结构简单,生产方便,实现了转子与叶片的可拆卸化,且推进装置设有O形密封及迷宫密封结构,防止海水与异物流入推进装置,降低了各部件之间的摩擦,确保了推进装置结构的可靠性。
