The invention provides an automobile thermal management air-conditioning system, a control method thereof and an electric automobile, in the air-conditioning system, an exhaust port of a compressor is communicated with an external heat exchanger through a second throttling element, a second on-off valve and a motor electric control radiator are connected in series to form a first branch, and a flow path where the first on-off valve is located is a second branch; the two branches are connected in parallel to form a first parallel pipeline, the first parallel pipeline is connected between the external heat exchanger and the first flow path switching valve, the first flow path switching valve is communicated with the battery radiator through the third throttling element, and the battery radiator and the first parallel pipeline are communicated with an air suction port of the compressor; the first throttling element and the in-vehicle evaporator are connected in series, and the first throttling element is located on the side, close to the first flow path switching valve, of the in-vehicle evaporator. The number of parts is reduced, the cost is correspondingly reduced, meanwhile, due to the fact that the refrigerant is directly adopted for temperature adjustment, temperature adjustment is not carried out after heat exchange of the refrigerant and a secondary refrigerant, and the operation efficiency is higher.

    本发明提供一种汽车热管理空调系统及其控制方法、电动汽车,其中空调系统中,压缩机排气口通过第二节流元件与车外换热器连通,第二通断阀与电机电控散热器串联形成第一分支路,第一通断阀所在的流路为第二分支路,两支路并联形成第一并联管路,第一并联管路连接于车外换热器与第一流路切换阀之间,第一流路切换阀通过第三节流元件与电池散热器连通,电池散热器以及第一并联管路与压缩机吸气口连通,第一节流元件以及车内蒸发器串联且第一节流元件处于车内蒸发器靠近第一流路切换阀的一侧。本发明零部件数量得到精简,成本相应得到降低,同时由于直接采用冷媒进行温度调节,不采用制冷剂与载冷剂的热交换后进行温度调节,运行效率更高。
