The invention discloses an urban traffic signal control system and method based on a scheme knowledge base, and the system comprises an expert scheme base, an iteration scheme base, a scheme input module, a scheme judgment module, a label obtaining module, a mode matching module, a scheme generation module, an effect evaluation module, a scheme updating module, and a scheme execution module. S1, obtaining a scene label based on a real-time traffic mode scene; s2, matching an expert scheme library and an iteration scheme library based on a scene label sequence, and outputting a control scheme with an optimal scoring result; s3, judging a scheme to be issued; s4, issuing the control scheme to a signal platform; s5, the issued control scheme is scored; and S6, updating an expert scheme library control scheme and an iteration scheme library control scheme according to the scheme scores. The method has the beneficial effects that the control schemes with good application effects can be used as experience accumulation to form a scheme knowledge base, and when the same traffic scene appears again, the control schemes with good regulation and control effects are quickly matched to realize scheme reuse.

    本发明公开了一种基于方案知识库的城市交通信号控制系统和方法,包括:专家方案库、迭代方案库、方案录入模块、方案判断模块、标签获取模块、模式匹配模块、方案生成模块、效果评价模块、方案更新模块和方案执行模块,S1:基于实时交通模式场景得到场景标签;S2:基于场景标签顺序匹配专家方案库和迭代方案库,输出评分结果最优的控制方案;S3:判断待下发的方案;S4:将控制方案下发至信号平台;S5:对下发的控制方案进行评分;S6:根据方案评分更新专家方案库和迭代方案库控制方案。本发明的有益效果是:能够将应用效果良好的控制方案作为经验积累,形成方案知识库,在再次出现相同交通场景时,快速匹配调控效果好的控制方案,实现方案复用。
