According to the improved synchronous belt transmission structure, the synchronous belt body is used for replacing a traditional clutch gear for transmission, noise generated when the brushless motor works can be reduced, the brushless motor is quieter during working, machining of the synchronous belt body is easier than machining of the clutch gear, machining difficulty and cost can be reduced, and machining efficiency is improved. Therefore, a wider market space is provided for popularization and application of the middle-arranged motor in electric popularization and application of the bicycle.

    本发明公开了一种改进型同步带传动结构,涉及中置电机技术领域,具体为电机壳体和同步带本体,所述电机壳体的内部左侧连接有同步轮,且同步轮中部开设有传动孔,所述电机壳体的内部右侧转动连接有无刷电机,且无刷电机的内部连接有输出轴,所述输出轴的表面连接有行星齿轮,且行星齿轮的表面开设有第一齿槽,所述同步带本体连接于第一齿槽与第二齿槽的内部。该改进型同步带传动结构,利用同步带本体代替传统的离合齿轮进行传动的方式,有利于减小无刷电机工作时的噪音,使无刷电机在工作时更加安静,且同步带本体的加工比离合齿轮的加工更加容易,有利于降低加工难度与成本,从而为中置电机在自行车电动化普及应用上提供更广阔的市场空间。
