The invention discloses a superfine glass fiber continuous felt reinforced polyurethane thermal insulation material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The polyurethane thermal insulation material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of a polymer polyol composite material; 100 to 150 parts of polymerized MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate); 5-25 parts of a glass fiber continuous felt; and the fiber diameter of the glass fiber continuous felt is 5-10 microns. The compression strength and tensile strength of the polyurethane thermal insulation material in an ultralow-temperature environment of-163 DEG C can be improved, the polyurethane thermal insulation material can meet the use requirements of the LNG liquid cargo tank, the heat conductivity coefficient can be reduced, the thermal insulation effect can be improved, and the storage and transportation effects of the LNG liquid cargo tank on liquefied natural gas can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种超细玻璃纤维连续毡增强型聚氨酯保温材料及其制备方法、应用,该聚氨酯保温材料按照重量份数包括如下组分:聚合物多元醇组合料80~120份;聚合MDI100~150份;玻璃纤维连续毡5~25份;玻璃纤维连续毡的纤维直径为5~10微米。本发明能够提升聚氨酯保温材料在‑163℃超低温环境中的压缩强度和拉伸强度,能够匹配上LNG液货舱的使用要求,并且能够降低导热系数,提升保温效果,提升LNG液货舱对于液化天然气的存贮和运输效果。
