The embodiment of the invention discloses a splash test system and a splash test method. The splash test system comprises a moving body; the pressure applying assembly is fixedly connected with the moving body; the adjusting assembly is connected to the lower portion of the pressure applying assembly; the test piece is movably connected with the adjusting assembly; the receiving assembly is connected to the peripheral side of the moving body, and the runway is in contact connection with the test piece. The moving body drives the test piece to go straight, turn, drift and the like on the runway so as to simulate the running condition of an airplane, the problem that a real airplane can only be used for testing is solved, meanwhile, the bearing load of the test piece is increased through the pressure applying assembly, inclination and lateral deviation of the test piece are driven through the adjusting assembly, the actual working condition of the airplane is accurately simulated, and the testing efficiency is improved. Further, more accurate tire splash distribution is obtained; the cost of a real aircraft test is reduced through experimental simulation, the design or production problem of the aircraft can be found as early as possible, numerous safety problems are avoided, and the production cycle of the aircraft is shortened.
