The invention discloses a cooling control method and system for a pure electric heavy commercial vehicle. The cooling control method comprises the following steps: setting a fan working mode starting condition according to system parameters in a driving cooling system of the electric commercial vehicle; acquiring system parameter instant data in the drive cooling system; according to the system parameter instant data in the driving cooling system and the fan working mode starting condition, obtaining a fan working mode meeting the starting condition; and selecting the optimal fan working mode from the fan working modes meeting the starting conditions to operate the fan. The fan is controlled through multiple system parameters, the fan is operated in the working mode with the optimal heat dissipation effect, and effective heat dissipation of the vehicle is guaranteed; and in the heat dissipation process of the fan, the working state of the fan is adjusted in real time through the real-time system parameters, heat dissipation abnormity caused by delay of obtaining of the real-time system parameters is avoided, the response time of the cooling system is shortened, under the condition that the obtained system parameters are interfered, misoperation of the cooling system is avoided, and the anti-interference capacity of the cooling system is improved.
本发明公开了一种纯电动重型商用车冷却控制方法及系统,包括通过电动商用车驱动冷却系统中的系统参数设定风扇工作模式启动条件;获取驱动冷却系统中系统参数即时数据;依据驱动冷却系统中系统参数即时数据和风扇工作模式启动条件获得满足启动条件的风扇工作模式;在满足启动条件的风扇工作模式中选择最优风扇工作模式运行风扇。本发明采用多系统参数对风扇进行控制,以最佳散热效果的工作方式运行风扇,保证车辆有效散热;并且在风扇散热过程中,即时系统参数即时调整风扇工作状态,避免了即时系统参数获取延迟导致的散热异常,提高了冷却系统的响应时间,在获取系统参数收到干扰的情况下,避免冷却系统出现误动作,提高了冷却系统的抗干扰能力。
