The invention discloses a large crane joint lifting communication control system which comprises a cloud server, a plurality of mobile terminals and a plurality of sensing terminals connected with the mobile terminals, the mobile terminals and the sensing terminals are connected with a processing unit, and the sensing terminals are connected with a crane feedback system. And the processing unit is used for data transmission, data interaction processing and over-working-condition data interaction analysis between the mobile terminal and the sensing terminal. During combined hoisting, a commander can connect and manage the sensing terminals connected with two or more cranes through wireless communication connection of the mobile terminal equipment, and the commander has visual data feedback and early warning critical values of all the cranes and is used for achieving clearer judgment, so that the safety of hoisting is improved. And issuing of different instructions and data transmission can be carried out on a plurality of crane terminals at the same time, so that hoisting accidents caused by the working condition problem of the crane are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种大型起重机联吊通信控制系统,包括云服务器、若干移动终端和若干与移动终端相连接的传感终端,移动终端和传感终端均连接有处理单元,传感终端连接起重机反馈系统,处理单元用于移动终端和传感终端之间的数据传输、数据交互处理以及超工况数据交互分析。在联合吊装时,可以由指挥人员通过移动终端设备通过无线通信连接,对2台或者多台起重机连接的传感终端进行连接和管理,指挥人员具有直观的各个起重机的数据反馈和预警临界值,用于具有更加清楚的判断,也能够同时对多个起重机终端进行不同指令的下达和数据的传输,避免因为起重机工况问题造成吊装事故。
