The invention discloses an integral hoisting system for a photovoltaic array. The integral hoisting system comprises a hoisting assembly, a prefabricating unit and a bracket unit, the hoisting assembly comprises a first portal frame, a second portal frame and a guide sliding plate, the prefabricated unit comprises a plurality of photovoltaic assemblies which can be spliced to form an array structure, and a notch is formed in the middle of the space between any four adjacent photovoltaic assemblies which are spliced to form a square shape; and the fixing assembly can penetrate out of the notch in a sliding manner and is turned over to press the photovoltaic assembly. According to the invention, the prefabricated units are installed on the support units in an integral splicing and sliding hoisting manner, and a traditional manner of manually installing single photovoltaic modules one by one is replaced. According to the whole system, splicing forming of the prefabricated units, building and fixing of the hoisting assemblies and the support units, hoisting of the prefabricated units and assembling and fixing of the prefabricated units and the support units are more rapid and convenient, time and labor are saved, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种光伏阵列整体吊装系统,包括吊装组件、预制单元和支架单元;所述吊装组件包括第一龙门架、第二龙门架和导向滑板,所述预制单元包括多个可拼接形成阵列结构的光伏组件,任意相邻四个拼接呈口字型的所述光伏组件之间居中具有缺口,所述固定组件可滑动穿出所述缺口并翻折压住所述光伏组件。本发明中,利用整体拼接、滑动吊装的方式将预制单元安装在支架单元上,取代了传统的通过人工一块块将单个光伏组件进行安装的方式,整个系统不论是预制单元的拼接成形、吊装组件及支架单元的搭建固定、预制单元的吊装及与支架单元的装配固定都更加快速便捷、省时省力,大大提高施工效率。
