The invention provides an electric vertical take-off and landing manned unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a vehicle head, a vehicle body, wings and a vehicle tail, the vehicle body is provided with a manned cabin, and a seat, a man-machine interaction console, a navigation system and a flight control unit are arranged in the manned cabin. The man-machine interaction console and the navigation system are electrically connected with the flight control unit and used for sending flight commands to the flight control unit, a first propeller set, a second propeller set and a third propeller set are symmetrically installed on the left side and the right side of the wing respectively, and a V-shaped empennage is arranged on the tail. The flight control unit is used for controlling a motor to drive propellers to move, an economical and efficient travel scheme is provided for the public, professional drivers are not needed, an intelligent navigation system is adopted, autonomous flight of an air route, precise positioning and unique power distribution design are adopted, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is more efficient and more intelligent. The safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle is greatly improved, and convenience and rapidness are achieved.
