The invention relates to a self-adjusting relay valve, and aims to solve the problems that the braking force is insufficient when a vehicle is in a full load state and the braking force is too large when the vehicle is in a no-load state. The relay valve is characterized in that the lower portion of a piston comprises an inner operation section, an outer annular section and a middle annular section, the inner operation section can operably act on an air inlet and exhaust assembly, and an air inlet cavity and a first annular cavity can be communicated or disconnected through the air inlet and exhaust assembly; a pressure regulating assembly is arranged in a pressure regulating cavity of the lower shell, the pressure regulating cavity is communicated with the first annular cavity and the second annular cavity, and the pressure regulating assembly can connect or disconnect the first annular cavity and the second annular cavity through a trigger device. According to the relay valve, the pressure change ratio of the output port and the control port of the relay valve can be automatically adjusted by means of the trigger device and the pressure adjusting assembly according to the no-load or full-load state of the vehicle, and therefore the situation that braking force is insufficient when the vehicle is in the full load state and is too large when the vehicle is in the no-load state is prevented.

    本公开涉及一种自调式的继动阀,目的在于防止车辆在满载时制动力不足和在空载时制动力过大的问题。该继动阀的特征在于,活塞在其下部包括内操作段、外环形段和中间环形段,内操作段能够可操作地作用于进排气组件,通过进排气组件能够将进气腔与第一环形腔连通或断开;在下壳体的调压腔中设置调压组件,调压腔分别与第一环形腔和第二环形腔连通,该调压组件能够借助触发装置而将第一环形腔与第二环形腔连通或断开。该继动阀能够根据车辆的空载或满载状态借助触发装置和调压组件自动地调节继动阀的输出口和控制口的压力变化比,从而防止车辆在满载时制动力不足和在空载时制动力过大。
