A 48V integrated power supply system for a vehicle includes: a 12V battery circuit having a 12V battery, the 12V battery circuit having a 12V first output terminal and a 12V second output terminal; a 36V battery circuit having a 36V battery; the 12V battery and the 36V battery are connected in series to form a 48V loop, and the 48V loop is provided with a 48V output end; the bidirectional DC/DC converter is connected with the 12V battery loop and the 36V battery loop; the battery management system comprises an MCU controller and a 12V battery AFE sampling chip, and the 12V battery AFE sampling chip can collect signals of a 12V battery and transmit the signals to the MCU controller; the MOS plate is provided with a plurality of MOS tubes and is respectively connected with the MCU, the 12V battery loop and the 48V loop; wherein the MCU controller is used for controlling the voltage conversion mode of the bidirectional DC/DC converter and the turn-off state of each MOS (Metal Oxide Semiconductor) tube according to a signal transmitted by the 12V battery AFE sampling chip.
