The invention provides a method for controlling charging and discharging of an energy storage device, a controller and a charging system. According to the method for controlling charging and discharging of the energy storage device, a controller predicts first residual electric energy of the energy storage device at a second target moment based on a predicted first electric energy value obtained by conversion of a photovoltaic device at a first target moment and a first required electric energy value of a charging device at the first target moment; when a controller adjusts charging and discharging of an energy storage device from a first target moment to a second target moment, residual electric energy of the energy storage device at the first target moment and residual electric energy of the energy storage device at the second target moment are considered. And the electric energy value actually provided by the photovoltaic device at the first target moment and the electric energy value actually needed by the charging device at the first target moment are also considered, so that the accuracy of the controller in controlling charging and discharging of the energy storage device is improved.

    本申请提供一种控制储能装置充放电的方法、控制器和充电系统。本申请提供的控制储能装置充放电的方法中,当控制器基于预测的光伏装置在第一目标时刻转换得到的第一电能值以及充电装置在第一目标时刻的第一需求电能值,预测出储能装置在第二目标时刻的第一剩余电能之后,在控制器调整储能装置在第一目标时刻至第二目标时刻的充放电时,除了考虑储能装置在第一目标时刻的剩余电能以及第二目标时刻的剩余电能之外,还兼顾了光伏装置在第一目标时刻实际提供的电能值和充电装置在第一目标时刻实际需要的电能值,从而有助于提升控制器在控制储能装置的充放电时的准确性。
