A detection box is installed on the periphery of the shell, a detection cavity is formed in the detection box, a detection mechanism is arranged in the detection cavity and used for detecting the numerical value of transmission voltage and signal transmission, heat dissipation boxes are symmetrically arranged on the two side faces of the shell, a heat dissipation cavity is formed in the heat dissipation box, and a heat dissipation mechanism is arranged in the heat dissipation cavity and used for heat dissipation of work in the electromagnetic cavity. The high-voltage contactor is protected through the protection mechanism and the power-on mechanism, the problem that protection of the contactor is too single is effectively solved, damage caused by too large current fall generated during driving can be effectively prevented, and accurate detection can be made during maintenance.

    本发明涉及高压接触器技术领域,尤其涉及一种高压接触器的安全保护系统,包括外壳,外壳内开设有电路腔,电路腔内设有通电机构,用于电弧的接收与输送,电路腔的上侧开设有电磁腔,电磁腔内设有保护机构,用于电弧的过载保护,外壳的外周上安装设有检测箱,检测箱内开设有检测腔,检测腔内设有检测机构,用于检测输送电压的数值以及信号传输,外壳的两侧面上对称设有散热箱,散热箱内开设有散热腔,散热腔内设有散热机构,用于电磁腔内工作的散热,本发明通过保护机构以及通电机构实现对高压接触器的保护,有效解决接触器保护过于单一的问题,能够有效保护在行车时产生的电流落差过大导致的损坏,并能够在进行维修时做出精确的检测。
