The invention belongs to the technical field of railway tracks, and particularly relates to a rail transit steel rail corrugation recognition method based on train vibration characteristics, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring and processing train vibration and associated signals; enhancing the vibration signal; steel rail corrugation and vibration signal label mapping; designing and training a vibration signal convolutional neural network structure; and identifying the corrugation state of the steel rail. According to the method, self-adaptive feature extraction is carried out on a sample set of train vibration signals by adopting a one-dimensional convolutional neural network according to train primary vibration features, the signal-to-noise ratio and the utilization rate of the vibration sample set are improved based on overlapping sampling, source input is more accurate, the recognition time of each sample is smaller than 0.25 ms, and the recognition efficiency of each sample is improved. The timeliness requirement of steel rail corrugation on-line monitoring is met, the technical framework is flexible to use, and the method can be embedded into a rail transit intelligent operation and maintenance large system in the future to generate larger-scale economic benefits.
本发明属于铁路轨道的技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于列车振动特征的轨道交通钢轨波磨识别方法,其步骤包括:列车振动及关联信号采集与处理;振动信号增强处理;钢轨波磨与振动信号标签映射;振动信号卷积神经网络结构设计与训练;钢轨波磨状态识别。本发明提出列车一系振动特征采用一维卷积神经网络对列车振动信号的样本集进行自适应特征提取,基于重叠采样提高振动样本集信噪比和使用率,使源输入更加准确,对每一条样本的识别时间均小于0.25ms,满足钢轨波磨在线监测的时效性需求,且其技术框架运用灵活,在未来可嵌入至轨道交通智慧运维大系统以产生更大规模的经济效益。
