The invention discloses an arm support system and a crawler crane, a crane body is connected with the arm support system, and the arm support system comprises a rotary table, a force limiter and a propeller strut; the propeller strut is connected to the rotary table; the force limiter is connected to the bottom of the propeller strut, one end of the force limiter is connected with the propeller strut, and the other end of the force limiter is connected with the turntable; the head of the propeller strut is connected with a propeller strut pulley block which is connected with a variable-amplitude pulley block through a variable-amplitude steel wire rope, the variable-amplitude pulley block is connected with one end of a first single pulling plate through an inhaul cable, the other end of the first single pulling plate is connected with a main arm head connecting hinge point through a pin shaft to pull up a main arm, and the tail of the main arm is hinged to a rotary table. The lifting steel wire rope starts from the main lifting winch and lifts a heavy object through the main arm fixed pulley and the main arm head pulley. The force limiter is placed at the root of the propeller strut, interference of factors such as wind power and vibration of a steel wire rope in the working process of the crane on the force limiter is reduced, interference of external environmental factors on data is reduced, and the force value measuring and calculating accuracy is high.

    本发明公开了一种臂架系统及履带式起重机,起重机车体连接臂架系统,臂架系统包括:转台、力限器和人字架;人字架连接于转台上;力限器连接于人字架底部,力限器一端与人字架相连,力限器的另一端连接转台;人字架的头部连接人字架滑轮组,人字架滑轮组通过变幅钢丝绳连接变幅滑轮组,变幅滑轮组通过拉索连接第一单拉板一端,第一单拉板另一端通过销轴连接主臂头部连接铰点拉起主臂,主臂尾部铰接于转台,起升钢丝绳由主起升卷扬出发,起升钢丝绳通过主臂定滑轮与主臂臂头滑轮吊起重物。本发明力限器放置在人字架根部,减少起重机工作过程中风力以及钢丝绳自身振动等因素对力限器造成的干扰,数据受外界环境因素干扰降低,力值测算精准度高。
