The straddle carrier low-altitude assembling method and the straddle carrier are applied to the straddle carrier, the straddle carrier comprises a cart walking mechanism, a lower cross beam mechanism and an upper mechanism, the lower cross beam mechanism is connected with the cart walking mechanism, and the upper mechanism is arranged above the lower cross beam mechanism and connected with the lower cross beam mechanism through stand columns; the method comprises the steps that S100, the upper mechanism is assembled on the ground; s200, a stand column is fixed on the ground, and an upper mechanism is hoisted to the position above the stand column to be assembled; s300, the cart walking mechanism is assembled; s400, a lower cross beam mechanism is assembled on the ground, and the lower cross beam mechanism is connected with the cart walking mechanism; and S500, after the upper mechanism is hoisted to the position above the lower cross beam mechanism, the stand columns and the lower cross beam mechanism are connected to complete final assembly. According to the low-altitude assembling method for the straddle carrier, the components of the straddle carrier are assembled on the ground and are respectively hoisted, so that the risk of high-altitude operation is effectively avoided, and the safety is improved.

    本申请提供一种跨运车低空组装方法和跨运车,应用于跨运车,跨运车包括大车行走机构、下横梁机构以及上部机构,下横梁机构与大车行走机构连接、上部机构设置在下横梁机构上方,并通过立柱与下横梁机构连接,方法包括:S100、在地面拼装上部机构;S200、地面固定立柱,并将上部机构吊运至立柱上方进行拼装;S300、将大车行走机构拼装完成;S400、在地面拼装下横梁机构,并将下横梁机构与大车行走机构连接;S500、将上部机构吊装至下横梁机构上方后,连接立柱与下横梁机构以完成总装。本申请的的跨运车低空组装方法,将跨运车的组件进行地面拼装,并分别进行吊装,有效避免了高空作业的风险,提高了安全性。
