The invention discloses an automatic control system for a mine hoist, and the system comprises a main control system which comprises a main control PLC and a monitoring PLC, and the main control PLC communicates with the monitoring PLC through a special communication cable; the signal system comprises a well mouth signal station and each middle section signal box, the well mouth signal station and each middle section signal box adopt a field bus optical fiber communication mode, and surge lightning protection equipment is additionally arranged on external wires of the well mouth signal station; the main control system and the signal system exchange data in a single-mode single-fiber communication mode; the signal dotting process in the signal system is divided into a wellhead signal, a middle section signal and an emergency signal. According to the automatic control system for the mine hoist, transformation and upgrading are carried out on the premise that an original hoisting system is reserved, and unattended signal and control equipment are additionally arranged, so that the configuration and protection functions of the control system of the hoist meet the requirements of an automatic operation mode of field control and unattended machine room.

    本发明公开了一种矿井提升机用自动控制系统,包括主控系统,包括主控PLC与监控PLC,所述主控PLC与监控PLC采用专用通讯电缆进行通讯;信号系统,包括井口信号台与各中段信号箱,所述井口信号台与各中段信号箱采用现场总线光纤通讯方式,且井口信号台的外部接线均加设浪涌防雷设备;所述主控系统与信号系统采用单模单纤通讯方式进行数据交换;所述信号系统中信号打点流程分为:井口信号、中段信号以及应急信号。该矿井提升机用自动控制系统,在保留原有提升系统前提下进行了改造升级,增设了无人值守信号及控制设备,使该提升机控制系统配置和保护功能满足现场操控、机房无人值守的自动化运行模式要求。
