According to the multi-car intelligent elevator driving wheel slip processing system and method, a driving displacement detection module is associated with the rotation angular displacement of a driving wheel and transmits information to a potential difference detection module, and a car displacement detection module is associated with the rotation angular displacement of a driven speed taking wheel and transmits information to the potential difference detection module; and the potential difference detection module obtains a difference value between the two according to the received information, and when the difference value is not smaller than a set value, the potential difference detection module triggers the safety triggering module, and the safety triggering module triggers the safety protection module to start a protection action. Differential speed or relative displacement of the driving component and the speed taking component is used as a safe triggering condition, triggering is sensitive, and safety is high; the processing method can be independent of other control systems and safety braking systems of the elevator, and multiple protection on the elevator system is achieved; by means of the processing method, the abnormal conditions under the ascending working condition, the descending working condition and the stopping working condition of the lift car can be detected.

    本发明提供了多轿厢智能电梯驱动轮打滑处理系统和处理方法,驱动位移检测模块关联驱动轮的转动角位移并将信息传递给位差检测模块,轿厢位移检测模块关联从动取速轮的转动角位移并将信息传递给位差检测模块,位差检测模块根据接收到的信息获得二者的差值,当所述差值不小于设定值时,位差检测模块触发安全触发模块,安全触发模块触发安全保护模块开启保护动作。本发明以驱动部件与取速部件差速或相对位移作为安全触发的条件,触发灵敏,安全性高;所述处理方法可独立于电梯其它的控制系统及安全制动系统,对电梯系统起到多重保护;所述处理方法可以检测到轿厢上行、下行、停止三种工况下的异常状况。
