The invention discloses an undercarriage actuator cylinder retracting and releasing control system which comprises a motor, an actuator cylinder with a single piston rod and a hydraulic control system, and the hydraulic control system comprises a first oil way, a second oil way, an oil tank oil way, an oil tank, a hydraulic pump, an oil supplementing one-way valve and a hydraulic control one-way valve; the hydraulic pump is connected with a rodless cavity of the actuator cylinder through a first oil way and further connected with a rod cavity of the actuator cylinder through a second oil way. An oil inlet of the oil supplementing one-way valve is connected with the oil tank through the oil tank oil way, and an oil outlet of the oil supplementing one-way valve is connected to the second oil way. An oil inlet of the hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with an oil tank through an oil tank oil way, an oil outlet of the hydraulic control one-way valve is connected to the first oil way, and a control port of the hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with the second oil way. The hydraulic control system is simple in structure, integration and modular design are facilitated, and the problem that the oil quantity of a rod cavity and the oil quantity of a rodless cavity of a single-piston-rod actuator cylinder are poor is well solved.

    本发明公开了一种起落架作动筒收放控制系统,包括电机、具有单活塞杆的作动筒以及液压控制系统,液压控制系统包括第一油路、第二油路、油箱油路、油箱、液压泵、补油单向阀、液控单向阀;液压泵通过第一油路与作动筒的无杆腔连接,液压泵还通过第二油路与作动筒的有杆腔连接;补油单向阀的进油口通过油箱油路与油箱连接,补油单向阀的出油口连接至第二油路;液控单向阀的进油口通过油箱油路与油箱连接,液控单向阀的出油口连接至第一油路,且所述液控单向阀的控制口与所述第二油路连接。本发明的液压控制系统结构简单,方便集成和模块化设计,很好地解决了单活塞杆作动筒有杆腔和无杆腔油量差的问题。
