The invention discloses a commercial vehicle rear-mounted gas circuit braking system. A gas inlet of a gas inlet and exhaust control assembly is connected with an outlet of a standby gas storage cylinder of a commercial vehicle, and a gas outlet of the gas inlet and exhaust control assembly is connected with a gas inlet of a quick release valve; a first air outlet of the quick release valve is connected with a rear axle brake chamber of the commercial vehicle, and a second air outlet of the quick release valve is connected with a front axle brake chamber of the commercial vehicle; the intake and exhaust control assembly comprises a brake main valve and an intake and exhaust integrated valve; an air inlet of the brake main valve is connected with an outlet of a standby air cylinder of the commercial vehicle, and an air outlet is connected with an air inlet of the air inlet and exhaust integrated valve. An air outlet of the air intake and exhaust integrated valve is connected with an air inlet of the quick release valve; the air pressure controller is used for controlling the air inlet and outlet control assembly to be opened when it is detected that the whole vehicle braking system needs to be intervened, and air in the standby air storage cylinder enters the rear axle braking air chamber and the front axle braking air chamber through an air outlet of the air inlet and outlet control assembly. The reliability of the braking system can be improved, and the safety of the commercial vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种商用车后装气路制动系统,包括:进排气控制组件的进气口与商用车的备用储气筒的出口连接,出气口与快放阀的进气口连接;快放阀的第一出气口连接商用车的后桥制动气室,快放阀的第二出气口连接商用车的前桥制动气室;进排气控制组件包括制动主阀和进排气一体阀;制动主阀的进气口与商用车的备用储气筒的出口连接,出气口与进排气一体阀的进气口连接;进排气一体阀的出气口与快放阀的进气口连接;气压控制器用于检测到需要对整车制动系统进行干预时,控制进排气控制组件打开,使备用储气筒内的气体通过进排气控制组件的出气口进入后桥制动气室和前桥制动气室。本发明可提高制动系统可靠性,提高商用车安全性。
