The invention relates to a vehicle control method, in particular to a vehicle shortest braking distance control method based on an intelligent tire, application and a program product. The method is mainly characterized in that when a tire of an embedded sensor intelligent system is grounded for driving, a vehicle control system makes adaptive adjustment based on measured data according to load, tire pressure and tire speed change, wear degree and road surface conditions which are detected in real time, and particularly, the braking distance is shortened during braking. Therefore, by accurately predicting the friction force between each tire and the road surface and the road surface state (friction coefficient or slip rate) during braking and reasonably coordinating and distributing different braking forces of each tire, the problem that the braking distance of a vehicle is shortened by purely depending on the optimization design of a pattern structure and the progress of a tire crown material is solved; the new thinking and new method break through the bottleneck of the traditional technology, the core key technology of the vehicle optimization control method based on the intelligent tires is established, the new theory and new method of vehicle braking are innovated, and the driving safety performance is improved.

    本发明涉及车辆控制方法,尤其涉及一种基于智能轮胎的车辆最短制动距离控制方法、应用和程序产品。该方法主要是基于内嵌传感器智能系统的轮胎接地行驶时,根据实时检测的载荷,胎压胎速变化,磨损程度,以及路面状况,使车辆控制系统基于这些测量数据做出相适应的调整,特别是刹车制动时缩短制动距离。因此,通过精准预测制动时每个轮胎与路面间的摩擦力及路面状态(摩擦系数或者滑移率),合理协调分配每个轮胎不同的制动力,解决单纯依赖花纹结构的优化设计和胎冠材料的进步来缩短车辆制动距离的问题,用新思维新方法突破传统技术的瓶颈,建立基于智能轮胎的车辆最优化控制方法的核心关键技术,创新车辆制动新理论新方法,提高驾驶安全性能。
