The invention discloses an automobile fuel tank and a control method based on the automobile fuel tank, the automobile fuel tank comprises a tank body, a partition plate and an elastic connecting part, the tank body extends in the transverse direction and forms an oil storage cavity, a fixing part is arranged on the inner wall face of the oil storage cavity, and the tank body is provided with an oil inlet and an oil outlet which are communicated with the oil storage cavity; the partition plate is arranged in the oil storage cavity and extends in the longitudinal direction, so that oil storage cells are defined on the two sides of the partition plate, oil passing holes are formed in the partition plate, a matching part is arranged on the peripheral side of the partition plate, and the matching part is matched with the fixing part to form a matching gap; and the elastic connecting part is arranged in the fit clearance, so that the fixing part is elastically propped against the fit part. The partition plate is elastically connected with the oil storage cavity, so that when the partition plate is impacted by oil liquid, the elastic connecting part deforms, the oil tank can move relative to the inner wall of the oil storage cavity, the buffering effect is achieved, then the impact force of the oil liquid is reduced, the joint of the partition plate and the inner wall of the oil storage cavity is prevented from cracking, and the service life of the oil tank is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种汽车燃油箱及基于汽车燃油箱的控制方法,汽车燃油箱包括箱体、隔板和弹性连接部,箱体沿横向延伸且形成有储油腔,储油腔的内壁面设有固定部,箱体设有连通储油腔的进油口和出油口;隔板设于储油腔内,且沿纵向延伸设置,以在隔板的两侧限定出储油单元格,隔板设有过油孔,隔板的周侧设有配合部,配合部与固定部配合,并形成有配合间隙;弹性连接部设于配合间隙内,以使得固定部和配合部弹性抵接。本发明中隔板与储油腔弹性连接,如此,隔板受油液冲击时,弹性连接部的形变,使得油箱可相对储油腔的内壁移动,起到缓冲作用,进而降低油液的冲击力,防止隔板与储油腔的内壁连接处发生开裂,延长油箱的使用寿命。
