The invention provides an engine mounting bracket which comprises a bracket upper plate mounted on a longitudinal member of a frame and a bracket lower plate fixed at the lower end of the bracket upper plate, and an avoiding hole is formed in the bracket upper plate so as to facilitate the suspension mounting of an engine with a non-planar connecting surface. The receding holes facilitate installation of the engine with a non-planar installation face, such as hydraulic engine suspension. The support lower plate is arranged similar to an original engine support reinforcing plate and plays a role in reinforcing and supporting. In addition, the avoiding holes can be oval, round, square and the like and can be specifically set according to the requirements of the engine. The support upper plate is provided with the receding hole, an engine suspension structure is avoided, installation of a non-planar engine suspension is facilitated, and meanwhile the whole weight is reduced through the receding hole. The support lower plate supports the engine upper plate from the lower portion to form a semi-closed structure, and the overall strength of the support is improved. And the bracket upper plate and the bracket lower plate are welded together and then are welded with the frame longitudinal beam to form a complete integral bracket structure.
本发明提供一种发动机安装支架,包括安装在车架纵梁上的支架上板以及固定在支架上板下端的支架下板,所述支架上板上开设有避让孔,以方便连接面为非平面的发动机悬置安装。避让孔方便发动机安装面为非平面的安装,比如液压型发动机悬置。支架下板的设置类似原有的发动机支架加强板,起到加强支撑作用。另外,这里避让孔可以为椭圆形、圆形、方形等,根据发动机的需要可以具体设定。支架上板上有避让孔,避让发动机悬置结构,方便非平面发动机悬架的安装,同时,避让孔降低了整体的重量。支架下板从下部托住发动机上板,形成半封闭结构,提高支架整体强度。支架上板和支架下板焊接一体后与车架纵梁再焊接,形成完整整体支架结构。
