The invention discloses a copper sliding strip and a manufacturing process thereof, and relates to the technical field of carbon sliding strip copper plating, and the manufacturing process comprises a main body and the following steps: preparing materials such as powder, an adhesive and carbon fibers needed in the manufacturing process; the prepared materials are ground, mixed and kneaded for manufacturing the carbon slide plate; extruding, roasting and purifying the treated material to obtain the carbon slide strip; putting the manufactured carbon sliding strip into a copper plating pool for copper plating to obtain a copper sliding strip; whether various data of the copper sliding strip are normal is detected through a measuring instrument, and the copper sliding strip is put into use under the condition that the detected data are not abnormal. According to the method, the carbon sliding strip is subjected to copper plating, the copper sliding strip is obtained, the carbon sliding strip can have good arc resistance and impact resistance after being subjected to copper plating, meanwhile, the conductivity of the carbon sliding strip can be improved, a carbon sliding strip material which is compact in structure, fine in air hole and good in corrosion resistance can be obtained through roasting, the mechanical strength and abrasion resistance of the copper sliding strip material are improved, and the structure is compact.

    本发明公开了一种铜滑条及其制造工艺,涉及碳滑条镀铜技术领域,包括主体和以下步骤,将制作过程中需要用到的粉料、粘接剂、碳纤维等材料进行准备;将准备好的材料进行研磨、混捏处理提供碳滑板制作;将处理好的材料进行进行挤出、焙烧、纯化处理得到碳滑条;将制作完成的碳滑条放入镀铜池内部进行镀铜,得到铜滑条;通过测量仪器检测铜滑条的各项数据是否正常,检测数据无异常的情况下投入使用。本发明对碳滑条进行镀铜,得到铜滑条,碳滑条镀铜以后能够具有良好的耐弧性和抗冲击性,同时能够提高碳滑条的导电性,焙烧能够得到组织致密、气孔微细、耐侵蚀性好的碳滑条材料,提高铜滑条材料的机械强度和耐磨性,组织致密。
