    本发明公开了一种大型轴承加工用滚珠提升设备,包括提升箱:所述提升箱的一侧安装有料盒,且提升箱一侧位于料盒的底部安装有进料斗,所述提升箱的内部开设有提升腔,所述提升箱内底部开设有进料通道;所述提升箱内顶部开设有出料通道,所述提升腔内转动安装有提升盘,所述提升盘的中部贯穿安装有旋转轴,所述提升盘的外围均匀开设有多个卡槽。该大型轴承加工用滚珠提升设备,设置有进料斗、提升盘、进料通道和出料通道,在滚珠输送的过程中,进料斗内的滚珠通过进料通道进入到提升腔内,再进入到提升盘的卡槽内,利用提升盘的旋转,将滚珠输送到出料通道处,相较于传统的输送方式,输送的量可控,并且可以实现连续不断的提升输送效果。
