The construction method is applied to the field of hoisting of the offshore booster station and comprises the steps that an original lifting lug on a jacket body of the offshore booster station is pre-mounted in a matched mode through the horizontal hoisting cylindrical lifting lug, and the original lifting lugs of different specifications can be unified; the consistency of a jacket body hoisting construction method is effectively guaranteed, the construction difficulty is reduced, the hoisting efficiency is improved, the improvement of an offshore booster station construction method is facilitated, the development of the offshore wind power industry is facilitated, and flexible buffering matching is achieved through a sling head, a quick-connection locking ring and a baffle ring, so that the hoisting efficiency is improved. And the surface friction generated by the original lifting lug during lifting is effectively changed into point-line friction, so that the damage to the lifting appliance is effectively reduced, the cost of wind power construction is reduced, and the economic benefit of offshore wind power is improved.

    本申请公开了应用于海上升压站吊装领域的一种海上升压站用平吊筒形吊耳施工方法,该施工方法通过平吊筒形吊耳对海上升压站导管架本体上的原吊耳进行预适配安装,不仅能够将不同规格的原吊耳进行统一,有效保证导管架本体吊装施工方法的一致性,降低施工难度,提高吊装效率,还能够利于海上升压站施工方法的改进,利于海上风电行业的发展,并且通过吊索头、快接锁环和挡环实现的柔性缓冲配合,有效将原先原吊耳吊装时产生的面摩擦更改为点线摩擦,进而有效降低了吊具的损伤,降低了号上风电施工的成本,提高海上风电的经济效益。
