The counterweight lifting mechanism and the buffering mechanism are jointly matched, a round sliding sleeve is driven by a counterweight block to slide on the surface of a rail sliding rod through traction of a steel cable, and through the arrangement, the effect of reducing friction force in the lifting process can be guaranteed while the supporting effect can be achieved; and by means of mutual cooperation of the auxiliary buffering rolling wheels and the elevator case rails, the smoothness of the elevator case in the lifting process is improved, the friction force in the moving process is reduced, more labor is saved, energy consumption is reduced, abrasion in the long-term operation process is reduced, the service life of an elevator is prolonged, and the use performance of the elevator is improved.

    本发明公开了一种能耗低的电梯配重节能控制系统,涉及电梯配重技术领域,包括电梯配重控制装置主体,所述电梯配重控制装置主体包括有承载箱和对重箱,所述承载箱的内腔地面固定安装有载箱缓冲器。本发明通过采用对重升降机构和缓冲机构之间的共同配合,通过钢索的牵引,配重块带动圆形滑动套筒在轨道滑杆的表面进行滑动,通过这样的设置,能够起到支撑作用的同时,又保证了在升降过程中减小摩擦力的作用,且利用辅助缓冲滚轮和电梯机箱轨道的相互配合,提升了电梯机箱升降时的顺畅度,也减小了移动时的摩擦力,使得更加省力,减少耗能,减少了长期运作时的磨损,延长了电梯的使用寿命和使用性能。
