The low-noise composite material propeller blade comprises a flexible area and a rigid area, the flexible area is made of a high-damping viscoelastic material, and the rigid area is made of a fiber reinforced material; the flexible area extends to the guide edge by a certain arc length from the following edge on the chordwise boundary of the propeller, and the flexible area has a certain width d in the radial direction of the propeller; the rigid area is an area except the flexible area, and the rigid area and the surface of the flexible area are conformal so as to form a smooth blade surface. The flexible area and the rigid area are arranged, and the flexible area can obviously release the degree of freedom of the following edge of the propeller in the axial direction of the propeller, so that the vibration response of the propeller is obviously improved, and the vibration and noise reduction effect is greatly improved; in the rigid area, the bending rigidity of the propeller is increased and the torsional rigidity is reduced by solidifying and optimizing the fiber laying layer angle, and finally, the unsteady force generated by blade surface pressure pulsation of the propeller in a wake flow field is reduced, so that the vibration and noise reduction effects are enhanced, and meanwhile, the propelling efficiency of the propeller is improved.

    本发明涉及一种低噪声复合材料螺旋桨桨叶,包括柔性区和刚性区,柔性区采用高阻尼粘弹性材料,刚性区采用纤维增强材料;柔性区在螺旋桨弦向的边界从随边起,向导边延伸一定弧长,柔性区在螺旋桨径向具备一定宽度d;刚性区为除去柔性区以外的区域,且刚性区与柔性区表面共形值从而形成光顺的桨叶表面。本发明设置柔性区和刚性区,柔性区可明显释放螺旋桨的随边在螺旋桨轴向方向的自由度,从而显著改善螺旋桨的振动响应、大幅提高减振降噪效果;刚性区通过实心及优化纤维铺层角度从而增加螺旋桨的弯曲刚度、减小扭转刚度,最终实现降低螺旋桨在伴流场中桨叶表面压力脉动产生的非定常力从而增强减振降噪效果,同时提高螺旋桨的推进效率。
