The invention discloses a brake valve buffer cavity pressure regulating mechanism and a brake valve assembly, and the brake valve buffer cavity pressure regulating mechanism comprises a shell which is provided with an inner cavity, and an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel which are communicated with the inner cavity; the air valve moves in the inner cavity and controls connection or disconnection of the air inlet channel and the air outlet channel; the opening mechanism comprises an elastic telescopic piece; under the action of external force, the air valve moves towards the direction of compressing the elastic telescopic piece and closes the conduction of the air inlet channel and the air outlet channel; after the external force is removed, the elastic telescopic piece resets and moves and drives the air valve to move in the direction of communicating the air inlet channel and the air outlet channel; and the adjusting mechanism comprises an electric driving piece and an adjusting rod, the electric driving piece controls the adjusting rod to move on the shell, and the adjusting rod is matched with the elastic telescopic piece so as to adjust the position of the elastic telescopic piece when the adjusting rod moves or adjust the elastic deformation quantity on the elastic telescopic piece before external force acts. The brake proportion and brake performance of the brake valve can be adjusted conveniently.

    本发明公开了制动阀缓冲腔调压机构及制动阀组件,其中制动阀缓冲腔调压机构包括:壳体,具有内腔、与内腔连通的进气通道和出气通道;气门阀,活动在内腔中并控制进气通道与出气通道的导通或关闭;开启机构,包括弹性伸缩件;在外力作用下,气门阀朝压缩弹性伸缩件的方向移动并关闭进气通道和出气通道的导通;在外力作用撤销后,弹性伸缩件复位移动并带动气门阀朝导通进气通道和出气通道的方向移动;调节机构,包括电驱动件和调节杆,电驱动件控制调节杆活动在壳体上,调节杆与弹性伸缩件配合以在调节杆活动时调节弹性伸缩件的位置或调节在外力作用前弹性伸缩件上的弹性形变量。本发明方便的实现了制动阀的制动比例及制动性能的调节。
