The invention discloses an integrated multi-redundancy electronic hydraulic braking system and method for an automatic driving automobile, and relates to the technical field of automobile braking, a system hardware structure comprises a brake pedal, a pedal feeling simulator, a secondary master cylinder, two brake master cylinders, a matched transmission mechanism and a motor, and the brake pedal and the pedal feeling simulator are redundant to each other; the system comprises a hydraulic control unit (HCU), an electronic control system (ECU), a plurality of pressure sensors and electromagnetic valves, the control method comprises the following steps: when one motor fails, the other motor immediately takes over; when the dual-motor system fails, manpower becomes a braking force source and acts together with the driving motor through the failure backup hydraulic loop to realize braking; when the integrated electronic hydraulic braking system fails, the electronic parking brake and the driving motor brake under the action of the control system, and the braking of the driving motor adopts regenerative braking and reverse connection braking; a multi-redundancy braking mode is adopted, and the safety performance of the self-driving automobile is improved.

    本发明公开了于一种自动驾驶汽车集成式多冗余电子液压制动系统及方法,涉及汽车制动技术领域,系统硬件结构包括:制动踏板、踏板感觉模拟器、次级主缸、两个制动主缸、配套传动机构以及电机,两者互为冗余;液压控制单元HCU、电子控制系统ECU、多个压力传感器和电磁阀;控制方法包括:当其中一电机失效时,另一电机立刻接管;当双电机系统失效时,人力成为制动力来源,经过失效备份液压回路,与驱动电机共同作用实现制动;当集成式电子液压制动系统失效时,电子驻车制动器和驱动电机在控制系统作用下进行制动,其中驱动电机制动采取回馈制动叠加反接制动;本发明采用多冗余制动形式,提高自动驾驶汽车的安全性能。
