The invention relates to the field of safety air bags, in particular to a flexible hinge automobile safety air bag door which comprises an instrument panel cover plate, a safety air bag reinforcing frame, composite screen cloth, skin and an air bag door body. The clamping feet of the airbag reinforcing frame are clamped with the hanging holes of the instrument panel cover plate in a matching manner; an adhesive layer is arranged on the composite screen cloth and is connected with the outer side of the safety air bag reinforcing frame; a foaming layer is formed between the skin and the instrument panel cover plate; the air bag door is arranged on the safety air bag reinforcing frame, one side of the air bag door arches upwards to form a plastic hinge, a safety air bag reinforcing frame weakening groove is formed in the safety air bag reinforcing frame, the safety air bag reinforcing frame weakening groove is integrally in a U shape, and a composite screen cloth weakening groove is formed in the composite screen cloth. The whole composite screen cloth weakening groove is in a U shape and corresponds to the safety air bag reinforcing frame weakening groove. According to the invention, the composite screen cloth can realize the overturning of the airbag door when the airbag is exploded and opened, plays a role of a hinge, and also can wrap the surface of the plastic cover plate to prevent chippings from flying out.
本发明涉及安全气囊领域,具体为一种柔性铰链汽车安全气囊门,其包括仪表板盖板、安全气囊加强框、复合网布、表皮和气囊门;气囊加强框卡脚与仪表板盖板挂孔配合卡接;复合网布上设置胶粘层,胶粘层与安全气囊加强框外侧连接;表皮和仪表板盖板之间形成发泡层;气囊门设置在安全气囊加强框上,气囊门一侧向上拱起形成塑料铰链,安全气囊加强框上设置安全气囊加强框弱化槽,安全气囊加强框弱化槽整体呈U型,复合网布上设置复合网布弱化槽,复合网布弱化槽整体呈U型且与安全气囊加强框弱化槽对应。本发明中,复合网布能够在气囊爆破打开时实现气囊门的翻转,起到铰链的作用,同时又可以包裹在塑料盖板表面,防止碎屑飞出。
