The tray comprises an L-shaped tray body, a storage battery is fixed to the bottom of the tray body, and a whole vehicle area controller VDC is fixed to the vertical part of the tray body; the first limiting block and the second limiting block are welded to the diagonal positions of the bottom of the tray body to position the storage battery. The liquid cooling pipeline fixing bracket is fixed on a pipeline passing through the back of the storage battery; the storage battery pull rod structure comprises a pull rod and a pull rod pressing sheet, wherein the pull rod, the pull rod pressing sheet and a storage battery pressing plate above the storage battery tightly press the storage battery together. According to the scheme, the storage battery can be well fixed, wiring between the VDC and peripheral parts thereof and wiring between the grounding part and the power supply can be more direct and simpler, meanwhile, fewer wiring harness materials are used, and weight and cost are reduced; and parts such as a forecabin electric appliance box, a wire harness and a pipeline can be arranged in order. Storage batteries with various shapes and length specifications can be mounted and fixed, the universality is high, and newly developed parts are reduced.
本发明公开了一种汽车蓄电池托盘及安装方法,其中托盘包括:托盘本体呈“L”形,托盘本体的底部固定蓄电池,直立部分固定整车域控制器VDC;第一限位块和第二限位块焊接在托盘本体的底部对角位置,定位蓄电池;液冷管道固定支架固定在蓄电池背面通过的管道;蓄电池拉杆结构包括:拉杆和拉杆压片,拉杆和拉杆压片与蓄电池上方蓄电池压板一起紧紧压住蓄电池。本发明的方案能够将蓄电池很好地固定,还能使得VDC与其外围部件、接地和电源之间走线更为直接简单,同时线束用料更少,降重还降本;能帮助有秩序地布置前舱电器盒、线束、管道等部件。可以给多款外形长度规格的蓄电池进行安装固定,通用性强,减少新开发件。
