The invention belongs to the technical field of battery safety monitoring, and particularly relates to a new energy automobile battery monitoring system which comprises a shell, a monitoring box, a rotating frame, a moving plate, a telescopic assembly, a matching column, a matching hole, a heat conduction pipe and a heat dissipation water tank. Because the monitoring equipment continuously works to generate heat, the monitoring judgment of the monitoring equipment on the temperature of the new energy automobile battery body can be influenced, the temperature of the new energy automobile battery is difficult to accurately monitor, and the improvement of the monitoring accuracy of the new energy automobile battery is not facilitated; therefore, by arranging the heat conduction pipe, the rotating frame can drive the heat conduction pipe to be in close contact with the monitoring box, heat generated by the monitoring box can be guided into the heat dissipation water tank while the heat conduction pipe is in contact with the monitoring box, and the heat in the monitoring box is transferred through cooling of water in the heat dissipation water tank; heat formed by the monitoring box is prevented from being gathered around the monitoring box, monitoring of the monitoring box on the temperature of the new energy battery is prevented from being affected, and the accuracy performance of the whole monitoring equipment is improved.

    本发明属于电池安全监测技术领域,具体的说是一种新能源汽车电池监测系统,包括有壳体、监测箱、转动架、移动板、伸缩组件、配合柱、配合孔、导热管和散热水箱;由于监测设备持续工作会产生热量,会影响监测设备对新能源汽车电池本体温度的监测判断,难以准确地对新能源汽车电池进行温度监测,不利于提高对新能源汽车电池监测的精确性;因此,本发明通过设置导热管,使得转动架能够带动导热管与监测箱能够紧密接触,并且接触的同时能够将监测箱产生的热量导向至散热水箱中,通过散热水箱中水的冷却将监测箱中的热量进行转移,避免监测箱形成的热量聚集在监测箱周围,防止影响监测箱对新能源电池温度的监测,有利于提高整个监测设备的精确性能。
