The invention discloses a non-insulated cooling high-power charging gun, which is characterized in that a front insulating plate is mounted on the end surface of a charging gun shell, and a heat dissipation shell and a cooling upper cover are mounted in the charging gun shell; a DC core piece is installed in a space formed by the front insulating plate, the heat dissipation shell and the cooling upper cover, and the space is filled with insulating glue. The DC core piece is connected with a vehicle charging port; a cable is arranged in the charging gun shell and comprises a plurality of wires, the first wire and the second wire are connected with the DC-core piece through the side face of the cooling upper cover, and the third wire and the fourth wire are connected with the DC + core piece through the side face of the cooling upper cover to form a current power-on loop. The cable comprises a cooling liquid inflow-outflow pipe, one end of the cooling liquid inflow pipe is connected with the cold source output port, the other end of the cooling liquid inflow pipe penetrates through the cooling upper cover to be connected with the interior of the heat dissipation shell, one end of the cooling liquid outflow pipe is connected with the interior of the heat dissipation shell, and the other end of the cooling liquid outflow pipe is connected with the cold source to form a cooling liquid flowing loop. According to the scheme, heat generated in the charging process is taken away through the cooling loop, so that charging is stably and efficiently completed.

    本发明公开了一种非绝缘冷却的大功率充电枪,充电枪壳体端面安装前绝缘板,充电枪壳体内安装散热壳体和冷却上盖;前绝缘板、散热壳体及冷却上盖三者形成的空间内安装DC芯件,空间内填充绝缘胶;DC芯件与车辆充电口连接;充电枪壳体内设线缆,线缆包括多个导线,第一、二导线经冷却上盖侧面与DC‑芯件连接,第三、四导线经冷却上盖侧面与DC+芯件连接,形成电流通电回路;线缆包括冷却液流入流出管,冷却液流入管一端与冷源输出口连接,另一端穿过冷却上盖与散热壳体内部连接,冷却液流出管一端与散热壳体内部连接,另一端与冷源连接,形成冷却液流动回路。本方案通过冷却回路带走充电过程中产生的热量,使其平稳高效的完成充电。
