The invention belongs to the field of airplane composite material structural strength tests, and particularly relates to a composite material cap-shaped stringer pull-off test device and a test method. The pull-off test device comprises a fixed base; the two test piece clamping blocks are arranged on the fixed base, and the two test piece clamping blocks are respectively used for fixing the two ends of the bottom plate part of the cap type stringer; the tension loading assembly is arranged above the fixed base, the tension loading assembly is used for fixing the cap top of the cap-shaped stringer so as to provide force far away from the fixed base for the cap top, and the direction of the force is perpendicular to the upper surface of the fixed base. According to the pull-out test method, the cap-shaped stringer is installed on the pull-out test device, and then a pull-out test is carried out on the pull-out test machine. According to the invention, the pull-off test of the out-of-plane tensile load of the closed cap-shaped stringer structure can be realized, and the load can be uniformly transmitted to the cementing areas of the cap bottoms at the two sides.

    本发明属于飞机复合材料结构强度试验领域,特别涉及一种复合材料帽型长桁拉脱试验装置及试验方法。所述拉脱试验装置包括:固定底座;两个试验件夹持块,所述两个试验件夹持块设置在所述固定底座上,所述两个试验件夹持块分别用于固定帽型长桁的底板部的两端;拉力加载组件,所述拉力加载组件设置在所述固定底座上方,所述拉力加载组件用于固定所述帽型长桁的帽顶部,以向帽顶部提供远离所述固定底座的力,所述力的方向垂直于所述固定底座的上表面。所述脱试验方法将帽型长桁安装在上述拉脱试验装置上,然后在拉脱试验机上进行拉脱试验。本发明可以实现对闭合的帽型长桁结构的面外拉伸载荷的拉脱试验,可实现载荷均匀的传递到两侧帽底的胶结区。
