According to the prefabricated pipeline and floor slab integrated modular assembly system and the construction method, reserved holes of each layer of floor slabs are plugged through concrete prefabricated floor slab components, floor slab penetrating vertical pipe sets are arranged in the components, and batch prefabrication can be conducted in a factory; the position of the prefabricated floor slab component can be adjusted up and down after the pipe groups are assembled, so that the prefabricated floor slab component can be flush with the floor slab surface; the detachable protection frame is arranged at the connector position of the floor penetrating vertical pipe set, pipe set deflection caused by collision in the hoisting process can be reduced, safety is higher, recycling can be achieved, the turnover rate is high, and economical efficiency is good. Concrete pouring can be conducted on gaps around the floor through the floor gap formwork, a formwork does not need to be arranged on the lower layer, operation is convenient and fast, and materials are saved; and a weight monitoring instrument is arranged on the lifting rope of the crane, so that the overall weight change condition of the vertical pipe group and the prefabricated floor slab in the lifting process can be monitored at any time, and the operation safety in the lifting process is further ensured.

    本发明提供了一种预制管线及楼板一体模块化装配系统及施工方法,本发明的每层楼板预留孔洞封堵采用混凝预制楼板构件,构件内部设置有穿楼板立管组,可在工厂内进行批量化预制;预制楼板构件位置可在管组组对完成后进行上下调节,确保能与楼板表面平齐;穿楼板立管组的接口位置处设置有可拆卸式保护框,可降低在吊装过程中因碰撞而导致的管组歪斜,安全性更高,而且可以循环使用,周转率高,经济性好;通过楼板缝隙模板可对楼板四周空隙位置进行混凝土浇筑,无需在下层设置模板,操作便捷、节约材料;吊机吊绳上设置有重量监测仪器,可随时监测吊装过程中立管组及预制楼板的整体重量变化情况,进一步确保吊装过程中的操作安全性。
