The embodiment of the invention provides a pallet fork system which comprises a carrier and a pallet fork unit, the pallet fork unit comprises a main driving device, a placing plate and a pair of pallet fork assemblies, each pallet fork assembly comprises a fixing plate, a driving plate and a telescopic plate which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the carrier, the driving plate is connected with the main driving device, and the main driving device is connected with the placing plate. The telescopic plate is connected to the driving plate through a telescopic driving device, a blocking device is further arranged on the telescopic plate, the blocking device comprises a blocking rod folding and unfolding device and a blocking rod, the driving plate comprises a C-shaped area with a containing space, the telescopic plate comprises a containing hole, the blocking rod is arranged in the containing hole in a penetrating mode, and the blocking rod is arranged in the containing hole. At least one part of the gear lever retracting and releasing device is accommodated in the accommodating space, and a T-shaped strip is configured to shield a first gap and a second gap between the driving plate and the fixed plate as well as between the driving plate and the telescopic plate, so that the structural design mode of secondarily arranging a protective structure or a secondary shell structure and the driving plate is avoided, and the overall space utilization rate is greatly increased; and the width of the fork assembly is reduced.

    本发明实施例提供一种货叉系统,包括载具及货叉单元,货叉单元包括主驱动装置、置放板及一对货叉组件,货叉组件包括由外自内依次设置的固定板、驱动板及伸缩板,固定板与载具固定连接,驱动板与主驱动装置连接,伸缩板通过伸缩驱动装置连接在驱动板上,所述的伸缩板上还设置有阻挡装置,阻挡装置包括档杆收放装置及档杆,驱动板包括具有容置空间的C型区,伸缩板包括一容置孔,档杆穿设在容置孔内,且,档杆收放装置的至少一部分容置于容置空间内,一T型条被配置成遮蔽驱动板与固定板、伸缩板之间的第一间隙及第二间隙,避免二次设置防护结构或二次壳体结构,驱动板的结构设计方式,使得整体的空间利用率大幅增加,降低货叉组件的宽度。
