The vibration condition of the adjustable wing when the adjustable wing encounters strong wind and heavy rain along with the change of the wind and rain supply device can be measured, and the vibration condition of the whole adjustable wing when the movable arm moves can be obtained along with the change of the position of the wind and rain supply device and the change of the position of the movable arm of the adjustable wing. When the movable arm moves to a completely unfolded state, the speed reduction assembly is arranged, so that the rotating speed of the blade is reduced, the vibration condition of the adjustable wing after speed reduction in case of strong wind and heavy rain is simulated, and multiple groups of reference data are provided for the vibration performance research of the unmanned aerial vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种无人机震动性能测试装置,涉及无人机震动测试领域,包括测试承台以及位于其上的可调节机翼震动系统、环境测试系统以及驱动可调节机翼震动系统运行的驱动系统,本发明通过设置带电机的风雨供给装置,使得不仅能测出随着风雨供给装置变化,模拟了可调节机翼遭遇大风大雨时的震动情况,还能伴随着风雨供给装置位置的变化,可调节机翼自身的动臂位置发生改变,获取了动臂运动时,整个可调节机翼的震动情况,同时,当动臂运动至完全展开状态时,设置了减速组件,从而降低叶片的转速,模拟了可调节机翼遭遇大风大雨时减速后受到的震动情况,为无人机震动性能研究提供多组参考数据。
