And a plurality of layers of annular cabins surround the air cabin and the seawater cabin. The space of the wind power generation platform is fully utilized, the wind power generation platform is slightly changed, construction and installation are convenient, and special maintenance and overhaul are not needed. Large pressure difference is generated through the structure of the seawater cabin, the air cabin and the air outlet hole in the stand column, so that vertical damping of the stand column is provided, and vertical and pitching motion of the stand column is reduced.
