According to the unmanned full-hydraulic steering system of the mining dump truck and the using method, the oil outlet end of a hydraulic pump is connected with a steering oil cylinder through a flow amplifier, the flow amplifier is connected with a steering gear and an electric control steering valve through a reversing valve, and the two ends of the reversing valve are connected with a mode switching valve and a displacement sensor I respectively; the mode switching valve is arranged at an oil outlet of the hydraulic pump, and the displacement sensor I is connected with a controller. The mining dump truck has the manual steering function and the unmanned steering function, and the unmanned steering system can reduce the labor intensity of a driver and improve the production efficiency; the priority of manual steering operation is higher than that of unmanned steering operation, so that the steering wheel is always in a normal operation state, and the vehicle safety and the complete control of a driver on steering actions are ensured; meanwhile, when the electro-hydraulic proportional steering system works, the running states of the vehicle, such as the speed and the steering wheel angle, can be monitored in real time, the steering action and action adjustment are automatically performed according to the real-time state of the vehicle, and the intelligent level of the system is improved.

    矿用自卸车无人驾驶全液压转向系统及使用方法,液压泵的出油端通过流量放大器连接有转向油缸,流量放大器通过换向阀连接有转向器和电控转向阀,换向阀的两端分别连接有模式切换阀和位移传感器Ⅰ,模式切换阀设置在液压泵的出油口,位移传感器Ⅰ连接有控制器。本发明使矿用自卸车兼具人工转向和无人驾驶转向功能,无人转向系统可以降低司机劳动强度,提高生产效率;并且人工转向操作优先级高于无人驾驶转向操作,保证方向盘一直处于正常操作状态,车辆安全性及司机对转向动作的完全控制;同时电液比例转向系统工作时会实时监测车辆的运行状态,如速度、转向轮角度等,根据车辆的实时状态自动进行转向动作及动作调整,提高系统的智能化水平。
