The invention provides a remote control system and method for an intelligent networked automobile, and relates to the technical field of vehicle remote control, the system comprises a cloud control platform and the intelligent networked automobile which are in communication connection with each other, and the intelligent networked automobile comprises a vehicle-mounted terminal, a vehicle control unit and an automatic driving system; the cloud control platform is used for receiving the state information of the intelligent networked automobile and sending a braking instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal; the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for receiving a braking instruction and sending the braking instruction to the automatic driving system and the whole vehicle controller; the automatic driving system is used for responding to a selection operation of a user on a driving mode and judging whether a braking instruction is executed or not, and under the condition that it is judged that the braking instruction can be executed, the vehicle control unit is used for controlling and executing the braking instruction according to the obtained stable control limit value. Therefore, on the premise of not increasing any hardware cost, the safety in the automatic driving mode is improved, and the safety redundancy of open road test operation of the intelligent networked automobile is increased.

    本发明提供一种智能网联汽车的远程控制系统及方法,涉及车辆远程控制技术领域,该系统包括:包括相互通信连接的云控平台和智能网联汽车,智能网联汽车包括车载终端、整车控制器和自动驾驶系统;云控平台用于接收智能网联汽车的状态信息,并向车载终端发送制动指令;车载终端用于接收制动指令,并将制动指令发给自动驾驶系统和整车控制器;自动驾驶系统用于响应于用户对驾驶模式的选择操作,判断制动指令是否执行,在判定制动指令可执行的情况下,整车控制器用于根据获取到的稳定控制极限值,控制执行制动指令。这样,在不增加任何硬件成本的前提下,提升自动驾驶模式下的安全性,增加智能网联汽车开放道路测试运营的安全冗余。
