本发明提供一种重载移动机器人多电机驱动系统,其包括车架、主动驱动单元和主控制器,车架作为支撑和安装载体,主动驱动单元安装在所述车架底部,用于提供动力,所述主动驱动单元内设有至少两个驱动电机及压力传感器;主控制器与所述主动驱动单元电连接,用于控制所述驱动电机、并根据所述驱动电机及所述压力传感器的反馈数据对所述驱动电机进行调准控制。本发明提供重载移动机器人多电机驱动系统,承重能力和负载力强,安装空间小,重心低,同步性高,能进行快速反馈及控制。

    The invention provides a heavy-load mobile robot multi-motor driving system which comprises a frame, an active driving unit and a main controller, the frame serves as a supporting and mounting carrier, the active driving unit is mounted at the bottom of the frame and used for providing power, and at least two driving motors and pressure sensors are arranged in the active driving unit; and the main controller is electrically connected with the active driving unit and is used for controlling the driving motor and performing alignment control on the driving motor according to feedback data of the driving motor and the pressure sensor. The heavy-load mobile robot multi-motor driving system is high in bearing capacity and loading capacity, small in installation space, low in gravity center, high in synchronism and capable of conducting fast feedback and control.
