The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultrahigh-bearing self-lubricating marine fairlead sheath. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, putting prepared materials; s2, vacuum stirring; s3, vacuum material conveying; s4, vacuum dehydration; s5, nitrogen conveying; s6, carrying out wear-resistant fusion; s7, preparing materials; s8, mixing and pouring; s9, forming a crude product; s10, carrying out secondary forming; s11, heat treatment; and S12, obtaining a sheath finished product. An ultrahigh-bearing self-lubricating fairlead sheath for a ship is of a bidirectional conical oval horn structure and comprises an upper sheath and a lower sheath, the upper sheath and the lower sheath are connected through a macromolecule screw, and the fairlead sheath is sleeved with a fairlead. Compared with the prior art, the fairlead sheath disclosed by the invention is stronger in protection effect, simpler and more convenient in preparation process, lower in cost, lower in wear rate and higher in lubrication degree, and has buffering and springback effects.

    本发明公开了一种超高承载自润滑的船用导缆孔护套制备方法包括以下步骤:S1备料投放;S2真空搅拌;S3真空输料;S4真空脱水;S5氮气输料;S6耐磨熔合;S7物料准备;S8混合浇注;S9粗品成型;S10二次成型;S11热处理;S12:护套成品。一种超高承载自润滑的船用导缆孔护套,双向圆锥形椭圆喇叭结构,包括上护套和下护套,所述上护套和下护套通过高分子螺丝进行连接,导缆孔护套套装在导缆孔内。本发明所述的导缆孔护套比现有技术的保护作用更强,制备工艺更加简便,成本更低,磨损率更低,润滑程度更高,具有缓冲回弹效果。
