The invention provides an evaporator shell structure, an evaporator assembly and an air conditioner, the shell structure comprises a shell with a drainage cavity at the bottom, a rib assembly is arranged on the bottom surface of the drainage cavity, and the rib assembly comprises a first rib and a second rib; the drainage cavity is divided into two adjacent cavity bodies by the first rib, the first rib is provided with at least one fracture in the extending direction of the first rib, and the fracture is used for enabling the adjacent cavity bodies to be in fluid communication; the at least one second rib is arranged on one side of the first rib, the second rib and the first rib are arranged in a spaced mode, and the second rib is constructed to at least partially shield the fracture. Based on the technical scheme of the invention, the drainage cavity is separated by using the rib assemblies, so that the volumes of the separated cavities are miniaturized, and direct communication passages among the cavities are blocked, the oscillation and fluctuation amplitude of water in the drainage cavity can be effectively reduced, the drainage smoothness of the water in the drainage cavity is ensured, and the drainage efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, the problem of water overflow can be avoided.

    本发明提供了一种蒸发器壳体结构、蒸发器总成及空调机,该壳体结构包括包括底部具有排水腔的外壳,排水腔的底面上设置有筋条组件,筋条组件包括第一筋条与第二筋条;第一筋条将排水腔分隔为相邻的两个腔体,第一筋条在其延伸方向上具有至少一个断口,断口用于使相邻的腔体流体连通;至少一个第二筋条设置在第一筋条的一侧,第二筋条与第一筋条间隔设置,且第二筋条构造为至少部分地遮挡断口。基于本发明的技术方案,利用筋条组件对排水腔进行分隔,使分隔出的腔体的体积小型化并且阻断各个腔体之间的直接连通通路,可以有效降低排水腔中的水的激荡、波动的幅度,保证排水腔中的水的排放的流畅性,同时可以避免出现溢水的问题。
