The invention discloses a tension adjusting mechanism, a driving device and a rope robot. The tension adjusting mechanism comprises a stator and a rotor, and one end of a pull rope is fixed to the rotor; the clamping assembly is arranged on the periphery of the rotor; the fixing base is provided with at least two clamping grooves, the clamping grooves and the clamping assemblies are arranged correspondingly, and the clamping grooves are distributed in a circumferential mode. The rotor rotates around the stator and adjusts the tension of the pull rope; after the tension of the pull rope is adjusted, the clamping assemblies are matched with the corresponding clamping grooves in a clamping mode. According to the tension adjusting mechanism, when the tension of the pull rope is smaller than the required tension, the rotor can rotate around the stator, so that the pull rope is pulled to increase the tension of the pull rope; when the tension of the pull rope reaches the tension, the rotor does not rotate any more, at the moment, the clamping assemblies are matched with the clamping grooves in the corresponding positions in a clamping mode so as to clamp the rotor, it is avoided that after the tension is adjusted, the tension of the pull rope changes again due to abnormal movement of the rotor, and therefore the reliability of tension adjustment is guaranteed; and the tension of the pull rope is the required tension or is within the required tension range.

    本发明公开了一种张力调节机构、驱动装置及绳索机器人,包括定子和转子,拉绳的一端与转子固定;卡位组件设在转子的外周;固定座设有卡位槽,卡位槽与卡位组件对应设置,卡位槽设有至少两个并呈圆周排布;转子绕定子转动并调节拉绳的张力;调节拉绳的张力之后,卡位组件与对应的卡位槽卡位配合。该张力调节机构,当拉绳的张力小于所需的张力时,转子能够绕定子转动,从而拉动拉绳,以增大拉绳的张力;当拉绳的张力达到的张力时,转子不再转动,此时,卡位组件与对应位置的卡位槽卡位配合,以对转子进行卡位,避免调节张力后转子异动导致拉绳的张力再度变化,从而保证张力调节的可靠性,并使拉绳的张力为所需的张力或处于所需的张力范围内。
